1.1 How do I apply for the BC E-Bike Rebate Program?

1.2 I got approved for the BC E-bike Rebate, can I get a bike from WestShore Bikes?
Yes, we are an authorized dealer/partner with the BC e-bike rebate program and can find the right e-bike for you that qualifies for the rebate.
1.3 How do I claim my BC E-Bike Rebate?
Make sure you have all the correct receipts from your retailer, if you mention you are applying we can help ensure you have all the correct documentation. Then you will complete the Claims Form on the BC E-Bike Rebate Site.
1.4 Can I get a refund or exchange if I participate in the BC E-Bike Rebate Program?
Refunds - Be E-Bike Rebate Program
We do not accept returns from customers who participate in the BC E-Bike Rebate Program. We cannot provide you with a cash, debit refund, credit card refund, cash equivalent gift card, or merchandise credit. Please make sure your decision to purchase an E-Bike is final.
Excahnges - BC E-Bike Rebate Program
If you are a customer who participated in the BC E-Bike Rebate Program and your E-Bike is in some way defective, it may only be exchanged for another E-Bike of equal value (same cost/price) or higher.
All requests for exchanges will be treated on a case by case situation and may be subject to a 10% or greater restocking fee.

2 General
2.1 What is included with the purchase of a new bike from WSB?
With the purchase of a new bike, WSB will do all break-in related adjustments at no charge: full bolt check, derailleur adjust, simple barrel and limit adjust, simple brake adjust, tires inflate, chain and pivots lubed. Wear and tear, however, is not covered. Replacement of brake pads, cables and broken parts are considered wear and tear and are an additional cost.
2.2 Are you the same as Oak Bay Bicycles WestShore?
We are no longer affiliated with Oak Bay Bicycles, hence the name change; However, it is the same owners who continue to run and operate WestShore Bicycles as those that owned Oak Bay Bikes Westshore.
2.3 What are your hours of operation?
We are open 10 am to 6 pm Monday through Saturday, and on Sundays we are open 10 am to 5 pm.
2.4 How do I book a service appointment?
Give us a call at (250) 590-6960 during our operating hours and we will book you in a time to drop off your bike. Alternatively if you are flexible on when you get your bike back you could just swing by the shop and drop off your bike.
2.5 Where are you located?
We are conveniently located just outside of Victoria BC in the Westshore Town Center in Langford. We are 100 meters away from the galloping goose and about 10 meters away from the bulk barn.

3.1 Can I order products off your Website?
Of course, we offer free shipping across Canada on orders over $199 (not including bikes and oversized items)
3.2 Are you able to ship bikes?
Currently for bike purchases we are pick up in store only. We have chosen this policy as it allows us to provide post-purchase services and warranties on the bikes that we sell to ensure our customers satisfaction.
3.3 How much does shipping cost
We charge a flat rate of $19.99 for Canadian orders under $199. Bikes and oversized items or excluded from this offer.

4.1 What bike brands do you carry?
We are authorized dealers of Norco, Specialized, Ibis, Marin, Santa Cruz, and Juliana. We are really excited to be able to stock such a wide range of world class brands so that we will have something to offer you no matter the discipline of cyclist you are.
4.2 Do you carry electric bikes?
Yes we have a huge selection of electric bikes! We stock Specialized, Norco, and Marin e-bikes and have a wide range of models from comfort and commuters to road and full suspension e-bikes. All of the e-bikes we stock have centre mount motors and integrated batteries. This allows the bikes to have a longer range, it reduces wear on parts, makes it easier to change tubes and tires, it helps keep your centre of gravity low, and allows your e-bike to ride like a bike even if the battery dies but with that extra assist.
